With Station70 you are able to link your account with your Wallet Provider. Linking your account will enable you to have more accurate reporting for any auditors or regulatory bodies. As you will receive an Attestation Report that will display if you have passed your security check-ins, and what coins you have in your Wallet. This also allows us to store your derivation path, which is the list of all your wallets within a workspace/backup.
In order to link your Station70 account to your Wallet Provider, navigate to your Overview page at Station70. You will see a section on the left side of your screen labelled as - Account Linking.
From here click on the red Unlinked icon in order to begin the linking process. You will be taken to a new screen, from here follow the instructions on screen to complete the process. While the setup varies based on your Wallet Provider, the basics remain:
- Create an API user and name it Station70-api
- Select the appropriate role based on the instructions
- You will be asked to either upload a file, or to copy your access token
- Submit your request with your Wallet Provider
- The last piece - You will receive an ID from your Wallet Provider that you will need to paste into Station70 on the connection screen. This is needed in order to complete the process.
