You will have two recovery options:
- Entire Workspace Recovery – This option restores all keys in your Bunker. It requires access to your DRS passphrase and a smartphone device for authentication.
- Mobile Key Share Recovery – This option provides a text file recovery method, designed for situations where a smartphone device is unavailable.
Choose the recovery option that best fits your situation. After selecting a recovery method, you will need to specify the download type to proceed.
Currently, Station70 supports local downloads, with additional methods coming soon. For now, select 'Local Download' to proceed. Once you've chosen the download method, a summary will appear. Click 'Initiate Recovery' to begin the process. You will be prompted to verify with your YubiKey again.
After initiating the recovery process, navigate to the ‘Recovery’ tab, where you will see the request pending approval.
To proceed, the designated recovery policy user(s) must log into their Station70 account and approve the request. They can find the approval action on their ‘Overview’ page or within the ‘Recovery’ tab.
To approve the recovery, they must:
- Click "Approve."
- Verify their identity using their YubiKey.
Once all required approvals are completed, the recovery process can continue.
After Station70 approves the recovery, a download button will appear in the ‘Recoveries’ tab. You will need to verify with your YubiKey to proceed. Once verified, the download will begin and you will have your backup package.
